How to Transfer iPhone Games to your Computer
It's easy to buy iPhone Games from the Wireless App Store installed on your iPhone, and when you sync your iPhone using iTunes on your computer, the games will be transferred to our computer. However, it's worth noting that you can transfer the games without having to complete a full sync

 

Here are the steps to transferring the games from iPhone to your computer.

Step 1: Start up iTunes and plug in your iPhone.

Step 2: Right click your iPhone listed under the 'DEVICES' heading in the left hand menu.

Step 3. Select 'Transfer Purchases'.

All done! Enjoy!
